Fees

We will charge you fees for the Services we provide to you, which will be set forth in a separate agreement between us. You agree to pay us the fees in a timely manner, as specified in the agreement. For website and web apps projects, the fees wil be fixed, and will also be paid in a timely manner, and/or at once in the beginning, middle and end of the project as specified in the agreement.

The content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of SparkScaleDigital.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Website without our prior written consent.

We may create or use materials, designs, or other content in connection with the Services we provide to you. You acknowledge that we own all intellectual property rights in these materials, and that you have no rights in or to these materials except as expressly provided in the agreement.
